There is no contact form here. This site is served as static files, so a form would have nowhere to submit to — an address you can actually write to is more use than a box that pretends to send.

If a particular video will not download, include the link. Nearly all failures come from the post itself — private, deleted, age-restricted or region-blocked — and the message on screen usually names which, so quoting that message helps too.

Please read the note below first, because in most cases writing to us is not the step that will help you.
Why a takedown request usually belongs elsewhere
We do not host any video, image or audio. When someone requests a file, it is streamed from the platform’s own servers at that moment and nothing is retained afterwards. There is no copy on our side to remove.
If your work is being distributed without permission, the effective route is a report to the platform hosting the post, which can actually take it down. We will still respond to messages sent to the address above, and will act on anything genuinely within our control.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover an expired Story, reach a private account, or restore a deleted video. None of those exist to be fetched, and no tool can change that.
We also cannot remove content from TikTok, recover a TikTok account, or answer questions about TikTok itself — this site is not affiliated with TikTok, Douyin or ByteDance Ltd.
