Download a TikTok profile picture
TikTok never shows an avatar at full size — it displays a small crop and offers no way to open the original. Paste a profile link here and you get the largest version the account actually has.
- Full resolution Not the thumbnail the app renders
- Profile link is enough No need to find a specific video
- Saves as JPG Opens in any gallery or editor
- Public accounts Nothing hidden is exposed

សំណួរដែលសួរញឹកញាប់
How large is the picture I get?
The largest version stored for that account. TikTok keeps several sizes and serves a small one in the app; this gives you the biggest one available rather than the one on screen.
Does this work for private accounts?
No. Only public profiles can be read.
Will the account owner know?
No. Nothing is sent to them, and there is no view or notification attached to fetching a public image.
Can I get an animated profile picture?
Some accounts have a short looping avatar. Where one exists, what comes back is a still frame, because the underlying file is not a format most galleries can open.
What if the profile link does not work?
Check that it points at an account rather than a single video. A profile link ends with the @username and nothing after it.
Why does the picture look soft even at full size?
Because the account uploaded a small image to begin with. Nothing can recover detail that was never stored.
Can I use someone else’s profile picture as my own?
You can download it, but that does not make it yours. Impersonating someone breaches TikTok’s rules and may breach the law where you live.
Do you store the profiles I look up?
No. The link is used to fetch the image and then dropped.
